WARRANTY & GUARANTEES

We take great pride in the homes we build. Each home comes with a builder one-year warranty, which covers the entire home. We also register each home with HOME of TEXAS.

We ask that buyers submit a 30-day list of repairs needed as well as a one-year list. Plumbing, electrical & heating and cooling emergencies can be reported at anytime within the first year. Please note that all warranty repairs need to be scheduled Monday thru Friday from the hours of 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

HOME of Texas (HOME) is one of the state's oldest and largest providers of written insured new home warranties. Buyers will receive a booklet from HOME of TEXAS detailing the extent of all warranties. This Limited Warranty provides you with protection in accordance with this warranty book for ten full years of Home ownership. During the first two years, Zia is responsible for specified warranty obligations, and for the remaining eight years, your Warranty applies to Major Structural Defects as defined in the Home of Texas Warranty Book.
